A large number of Italian architects took part in the memorable Mostra dell'Aeronautica in Milan, organized by Pagano and Felice at the Palazzo dell Arte site of the Triennale. Gio Ponti designed the lighter-than-air room: nothing standing on the ground, walls lined with silvered canvas for airships, hanging models.
