The building owes its closed and elongated form to the fact that it stands on a narrow ridge. Given its location, access to the house is from below. Above the level of the covered parking lot, which also houses the portico and swimming pool, there is a level containing the living-rooms (with a two-story-high hall and library), and a level containing the bedrooms. There are two patios. As part of the Studio Ponti Fornaroli Rosselli, Maria Carla Ferrario and Katzukj Ivabuchi collaborated on the project.
